How to Edit Your ID Card
- Change the name, ID number, class, date, and any other text field
- Replace the photo placeholder with your own image
- Change colors, fonts, and background to match your style or brand
- Add or remove any element you want
- The barcode on the front side is decorative — please do not remove or edit it, but you can change its color to match your card
Add Your Own QR Code (Recommended)
Every back side includes a QR code placeholder. We recommend replacing it with your own personal QR code so anyone who scans it can see your information, website, or emergency contact details.
You can create a free QR code two ways:
- Inside Canva: Go to Apps → search "QR Code" → enter your link → generate and place it on the card
- Outside Canva: Search "free QR code generator" on Google, create one, download it as a PNG, and upload it to the card
How to Download and Print
- In Canva, click Share → Download → PDF Print
- Turn on "Crop marks and bleed" before downloading
- Canva will automatically add a 3mm bleed for clean cutting
- Take the PDF to any local print shop or print at home

If you don't have time to edit or need any changes made, you can contact us directly by email. We will personally edit your card for you. Whether it's one card or all 25, the fee is a flat $5 per order — no matter how many cards you need updated.
