Understanding Your License
When you purchase a digital product from Digihallo, you receive a license to use that product. Each product listing clearly indicates whether it comes with a Personal Use License or Commercial Use License. Please read the terms below carefully to understand your rights and restrictions.
Personal Use License For Individual Use
This license applies to products marked as "Personal Use Only". You may use the product for your personal, non-commercial projects.
- Use the product for your personal projects and activities
- Use the product on your personal devices (computer, tablet, phone)
- Create personal gifts for friends and family (non-commercial)
- Use for educational purposes and learning
- Print for personal use (not for resale)
- Use the product for any business or commercial purposes
- Resell, redistribute, or share the product files with others
- Use the product to create items for sale
- Claim ownership or authorship of the product
- Use in client projects or freelance work
- Upload to print-on-demand platforms or create merchandise for sale
- Include the product in your own digital product bundles
- Transfer your license to another person or company
Commercial Use License For Business Use
This license applies to products marked as "Commercial Use Allowed". You may use the product for both personal and commercial projects with certain limitations.
- Use the product in unlimited personal and commercial projects
- Create end products for clients or for sale (must be substantially modified)
- Use in social media content for your business
- Use in marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional content
- Incorporate into websites, apps, or digital products (with modifications)
- Use for print-on-demand products (t-shirts, mugs, posters) if combined with other elements
- Use in YouTube videos, online courses, and digital presentations
- Create physical products for sale (must add value and customization)
- Resell or redistribute the original product files (as-is or modified)
- Share the product files with clients, team members, or third parties
- Sell the product as a template, design asset, or stock item
- Use in products where the primary value is the digital asset itself
- Claim trademark, copyright, or ownership of the product
- Include in digital product bundles or reseller packages
- Use in "made-to-order" or "build-it-yourself" applications where end users can extract the asset
- Create competing products in the same category
- Use for mass production without proper modification and added value
⚠️ Important Commercial Use Requirements:
When using products commercially, you must add significant value through customization, combination with other elements, or modification. Simply using the product as-is or with minimal changes is not permitted. Your end product must be substantially different from the original digital asset.
General Terms for All Licenses
Each license is granted to a single user/business entity. The license is non-transferable and non-exclusive. You receive the right to use the product, not ownership of the intellectual property.
Attribution to Digihallo is appreciated but not required for either license type.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Please review product descriptions and previews carefully before purchase.
Digihallo reserves the right to terminate any license if terms are violated. Unauthorized use, redistribution, or resale of products may result in legal action.
Digihallo reserves the right to update these licensing terms at any time. Continued use of products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
