    We offer two types of licenses:

    Delivery of Digital Products

    All products are delivered digitally. After payment:

    • You are automatically redirected to Google Drive to download your file instantly.
    • Access is lifetime and files can be downloaded anytime.

    Indian Customers: Use our secure payment gateway Cashfree via UPI, cards, net banking, or wallets. Click "Buy Now" and download instantly from Google Drive.

    International Customers: Payments accepted worldwide via PayPal, Gumroad, Payhip, Ko-fi, and other options. Download files from Google Drive after payment.

    Refund Policy

    Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchase.

    We do not issue refunds for non-tangible irrevocable goods (“digital products”) once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.

    No Change of Mind Refunds

    Refunds are not available if you:

    • Change your mind after purchase
    • Do not use the product
    • Decide the product is not what you expected

    Instant digital downloads cannot be returned or exchanged.

    Exceptions

    Refunds may be considered in rare cases such as:

    • Duplicate charges for the same product
    • Non-receipt of product despite successful payment (contact within 7 days)
    • Corrupted or inaccessible files that cannot be resolved

    How to Request a Refund

    1. Email us at mail.digihallo@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.
    2. Include your order ID, payment receipt, and issue description.
    3. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method.

    Physical Products (Printable / Third-Party Links)

    Some products may link to physical items on platforms like Amazon.com or POD services. Digihallo is not responsible for returns or refunds on third-party products. Please check the third-party website's return and refund policy before purchasing.

    Order Cancellation

    Currently, we do not offer order cancellations once the order is placed. However, if you have not received your product within 7 days, please contact us at mail.digihallo@gmail.com for assistance.

    Returns

    As all products on Digihallo are digital, returns are not accepted.
