Print Instructions

Best Paper to Use

Choose the right paper for beautiful and long-lasting cards:

Option 1: Cardstock (200-300 GSM) - Highly Recommended
This is the best choice for greeting cards. Cardstock is thick and sturdy, giving your cards a professional store-bought feel. It folds nicely and stands up well. Perfect for special occasions.

Option 2: Heavy Weight Paper (150-180 GSM) - Good Choice
This paper works very well for greeting cards. It's thick enough to feel quality but easier to fold than cardstock. Great balance between cost and quality.

Option 3: Regular Printer Paper (80-100 GSM) - Budget Option
If you're on a tight budget, regular printer paper will work. Your cards will be less sturdy but still look nice. Good for practice prints or when you need many cards quickly.

Paper Finish: Matte or glossy finish both work great. Choose what you prefer.

Print Settings

For PDF 1 (Folding Cards):

Paper size: US Letter (11 x 8.5 inches) or A4 size
Print type: Single-sided (one side only)
Color mode: Full color
Quality: High quality or best setting
Page scaling: 100% or actual size (do not shrink or enlarge)
Orientation: Landscape

For PDF 2 (Ready-to-Use Cards):

Paper size: 5 x 7 inches (or trim from 8.5 x 11 inch paper)
Print type: Print front on one side, back on another page
Color mode: Full color
Quality: High quality or best setting
Page scaling: 100% or actual size

Tip: If your printer doesn't have 5 x 7 inch paper option, print on 8.5 x 11 inch paper and trim to 5 x 7 inches after printing.

How to Assemble

Method 1: Using PDF 1 (Folding Cards)

Step 1: Print
Open PDF 1 and print each page on 11 x 8.5 inch (or A4) paper. Make sure to print on one side only. The design will cover the front and back of your card when folded.

Step 2: Cut Along Dotted Lines
Look for the dotted lines around the edges of your printed page. Use scissors or a paper cutter to carefully cut along these dotted lines. This will give you a 10 x 7 inch card ready to fold.

Step 3: Fold in the Middle
Find the center fold line on your card. Fold the card exactly in half along this middle line. Press down firmly to make a clean, crisp fold. Your card is now a perfect 5 x 7 inch folded greeting card.

Step 4: Write Your Message
Open the card and write your personal message on the blank inside area. Add your heartfelt wishes and sign your name.

Method 2: Using PDF 2, PNG, or JPG Files (No Folding)

Step 1: Print Front Side
Print the front design of your chosen card on your paper. This will be the outside of your card.

Step 2: Print Back Side (Optional)
If you want a design on the back of your card, print the matching back design on a separate piece of paper.

Step 3: Trim to Size
If you printed on larger paper, trim down to 5 x 7 inches using scissors or a paper cutter.

Step 4: Write and Use
Write your message on the blank side or inside your card. Your greeting card is ready to give!
